Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Since our services rely on client-side processing (within your device), please note the following circumstances where we may not offer a refund:

• Device Performance: Slow processing caused by the user's device specifications or outdated browser (as processing happens on your side, not our servers).
• Change of Mind: Refund requests made after 7 days, or simply due to a change of mind without a technical defect in the service.

3. Subscription Cancellation

For monthly plans, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no future charges will be made.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Funds may take longer to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.
