• Free Plan: Limited to processing max 10 files per task, with a max size of 20MB per file, and includes advertisements.
• Paid Plans: Allow unlimited file processing with larger sizes, remove ads, and provide unlimited access to Workflows.

4. User Obligations

You expressly agree not to use the service to:

• Process files containing malware or viruses.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the site or its code.
• Use automated scripts (Bots) to access the service in a way that harms infrastructure.

5. Payment & Refunds

Paid services require subscription fees to be paid in advance. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in case of technical issues preventing service use, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership of the files you process through the site. The site interface, design, logos, and code are the exclusive property of PDFLabo.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. PDFLabo is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding illegal or harmful use.
